This product functions primarily as an online version of the Yellow Pages or Classifieds. It has several functions for users and consists of a robust Admin Control Panel for managing the directory written completely in ASP. Business Organizations must register here to become members and be able to create and add listings. Admin can set unlimited number of business type listi and add nd assign them to any categories or related categories or sub categories.
Admin can also set price, plan duration, maximum number of linking for plans. Admin can create unlimited number of categories and sub-categories. Using our content management system admin set content for news, about us, contact us, privacy policy etc.
Admin can set all META tags information for their own respective business directory site along with footer (design notes) and one H1 tag slogan for better ranking in search engine. Presently biz4Links use PayPal and Authorize.net payment gateway systems.
Members can post comments and rate for other member listings except own link. Members can also add favorite links in their profile. Apart from new listing and featured listing provision we also added top rated listing feature in this package. An advance search feature that can search the whole directory or a specific category or sub-category. The search feature will list all the searched listings according to their rank.
The Site also have a list of top searched keywords. Whole system is template based and having a nice looking table-less liquid theme design that can easily be changed.

- Registration Registration is free for user.It also includes fast, secure and user-friendly online business registration interface.
- Newsletter Subscription During registration user can subscribe newsletter.
- Package Selection To post a link, member have to select pay package set by administrator. Package can be free or paid. Here Paypal and Authorize.net is integrated as a payment gateway.
- Number of Link Members can add at least one link or more on basis of package they have chosen.
- Add A Link During addition a link member can upload one image(in .jpeg, .jpg, .gif format) , one slide show (in .swf, .ppt, .pps format), one movie clip (in .mov, .avi, .rm, .wmv, .mpeg format) and coupon.
- Uploading You can also upload Image, Video, Slides for the the website as per your requirements.
- Editing Members are able to edit/delete links as well as coupon.
- Link Properties At any point of time member can set whether all the information regarding link will display or not by clicking on Check box properties.
- Post Comments Member can post comment against any link except own link.
- Rate A Link Member can rate any other link except own link. They can not rate same link more than once.
- Editing Personal Info Member can Edit personal info, password, newsletter subscription from here.
- My Favorite Using Add to My Favorite, member can add any link as a favorite link. Deletion of any link from My Favorite is also possible.
- Meta Tags The Site includes meta-keywords, meta-description, title for each category or sub-category.
- Notifications Before 5 days ago, maturity of package selected by member, an reminder email will delivered to members to update an existing package, otherwise posted links will remove from the site.
- Update Package If any member wants to change his pay package from existing one, it is possible. In this case, the member generally goes for higher Package Plans, but if you upgrade to lower Plan then you have given option to choose for deleting few existing links. Similarly if you have more number of links under new plan then you can Add more links along with the existing ones.
- Language Conversion Language conversion file is available in the form of constant text file. Anyone interested to show website content in other languages, need to change values given in the text file.
Admin Features
- Site Info Admin can set some important information regarding site like name of site, site owner, site url, admin email, paypal and authorize.net account id, keywords, footer text, block IP address etc.
- Uploading You can also upload Image, Video, Slides for the links in the website as per your requirements. Additionally, you can also control the number of uploads(image/Video/Slide).
- Import/Export Wizard This is very much effective feature in the website. Admin can easily upload huge data from csv/xls formatted files into database and also export it into csv/xls formats. The steps are very easy and can be uploaded/dowloaded very fast.
- Category Admin can create unlimited number of category and sub category. Category duplication is no restricted. Admin is able to edit or delete any category or subcategory at any time.
- Related Category Admin can place a link to one or more then one category. While placing link Admin have to first place the link under Main category and then he can also place that link under related category.This features is newly included in this website.
- Edit Links After approval links (posted by member) will display on client area with Edit / Delete feature.
- Fields Visibility Enable/Disable any fields from single/multiple listing.
- Banners You can upload banners (you can select on which portion it will display) for your site. Banners will rotate either left side or bottom portion selected during addition. Besides that , Admin can upload banner for any specific category or sub-category. Deletion and editing feature is also available here.
- Add Member You can add member from Admin Section.
- Add Links As an admin you can also post links in favor of any member from Admin Section.
- Top Listing Top listing feature is here. Admin can control the displaying of Top N number of Links on
- Web pages from Admin Control panel Section.
- Page Content Here CMS is used for some conventional pages like about us , contact us etc. You can handle content of those pages from page content section.
- Package List You can create unlimited package list for your site. Package can be free or can be paid.
- Site administrator can set maximum post link capacity and package duration against each package.
- Member List From here you can edit personal information of any member or you can delete any member from your site. You can also activate or deactivate the members also.
- Mail Template You can also configure your mail settings that will be sent to the members from here.
- Newsletter Admin can create and send newsletter to all the newsletter subscribers of the site.
